PAINTING SERVICES
There are many different paint finishes that we use depending on the surface areas to be painted usually on ceilings we apply a flat finish, walls would be either a flat mat or eggshell, kitchens and bathrooms can have a paint that is specific to those areas of the house. Doors and trim can be finished in various finishes from high gloss down to a mat it really depends on the look the client is after.
Staining: Oil based stains, solid stain, transparent and semi transparent stains.
I have applied many different stains over the years both oil based and water based to various areas of the home inside and out, these projects ranged from window frames, doors, casements, baseboards, staircase spindles, handrails, decks, docks, wooden beams right through to the whole exterior in some cases.
Clear coats, polyurethanes, varnishes.
Products which can be used on new timber or over the top of previously stained surfaces inside and out, it usually pays to build up several layers to produce a long lasting durable finish. Again clear coats can be used in many areas of the house to enhance the natural beauty of the wood.
WALL PAPER SERVICES
I specialize in installing all types of wall paper and wall coverings including: Grass Cloths, silks, glass beaded papers, murals and wide Vinyl’s.
Wall papers and wall coverings can be used throughout the home or office and depending where you want your paper to go there are a fast variety of products to choose from. Lots of clients today like to have a feature wall in maybe the dining room or bedroom or sometimes a hallway to enhance the look of the room.
Many people have bathrooms and powder rooms papered – usually all four walls are wallpapered, depending on size and shape of the room.
